The varieties (Galician castes) are part of the history of Adega Dona Elisa, one more within the set of intrahistories that comprise the eternal heroic tale of Ribeiro. “And I confess that every time I bring a glass of this wine to my lips I hear a rum-rum that, I think, is nothing other than Elisa’s symphony celebrating life, narrating history, enjoying the harvest.” Limited edition of 700 bottles.
Appearance: Cherry red, with slight violet reflections.
Bouquet: Intense aroma marked by the mixture of fruits (blackberries, raspberries, plums) with floral notes such as lilacs and violets.
Palate: In the mouth it has a good structure, fresh, persistent and with a very pleasant memory.
