Fefiñanes III Año is a sensational white wine with aging 100% Albariño made by Bodegas del Palacio de Fefiñanes under the protection of the regulatory board of Rias Baixas Designation of Origin. This is a wine with a traditional production process and a long aging period, which shows that the Albariño grape has a high aging capacity. After a short maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, the wine rests for 7 months in the tanks with its lees and periodic bâttonages. At the end of this period, it continues to rest for a minimum of 23 months in the same deposits.
Appearance: Pale yellow colour with golden reflections.
Bouquet: Rich aromatic expression of stone fruits, white flowers and balsamic herbs.
Palate: Balanced, mineral and with a glyceric, fresh and unctuous palate.
