Noelia Bebelia Albariño is an exclusive and surprising 100% Albariño white wine made by Noelia Bebelia Winery under the protection of the regulatory board of Rias Baixas Designation of Origin. This is an Albariño wine without makeup from 100% organic agriculture from the Sotomaior subzone with a production limited to 6,000 bottles per year. Noelia Bebelia Albariño is a wine with character, very expressive, fine, fruity and aromatic, made with care and dedication following the guidelines of a viticulture based on minimal intervention and worked strain by strain.
Appearance: Bright yellow colour with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: It is not an Albariño with pronounced and herbaceous acidity. Its tropicality on the nose surprises, the hay and lemon details await patients to bring it to the mouth.
Palate: On the palate, its point of unctuousness continues to give way to a lot of tropical fruit, details of peach stones, a not excessively pronounced acidity and an atypical Albariño wine.
It all started when years ago Simón and Noelia set themselves a challenge: to elaborate an Albariño that would give back to Soutomaior the consideration and fame that its Albariños have always had, thus the Noelia Bebelia Winery was born. They planted 6,000 vines on a 3 ha farm. on the mountainous slope of the Verdugo River. They went to great lengths to design a “perfect” plantation that would enhance the characteristics of the Soutomaior sub-area. They decided that all their wines were made only with the grapes grown by themselves in this plot, only then could they guarantee the authenticity in the transmission of the characteristics that the terroir transfers to the wine. The accolades and recognition they are getting keep them motivated to achieve the dream that drove them in the first place.
