Appearance: At view it has a straw yellow colour with a grayish rim.
Bouquet: The nose has a medium-high intensity, it is very fruity, fresh and clean, highlighting the Treixadura with notes of green apple.
Palate: On the palate it is a very complex wine due to the mixture of varieties, tasty, elegant and with an adjusted acidity. In the aftertaste the Treixadura notes reappear.
Señorío de Rubiós was born from an old idea that haunted several residents of the area who were looking for a way to value and promote the already well-known red wines of Rubiós. Thus, at the end of 2003, the first partners laid the foundations for this idea and founded Señorío de Rubiós, which currently already has more than 100 partners who work to place Rubiós wine in the place that has always corresponded, by tradition, for its castes and for the quality of its wines. Señorío de Rubiós is a different winery within the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, since it is committed to making native red varieties without ceasing to pamper the production of white wines. That the winery is located in the Subzona do Condado do Tea strongly marks its philosophy. And for this reason, its main objective is to recover and maintain the valuable viticultural legacy that has always existed in this area. For this reason, from the beginning a clear commitment was made to native red varieties, such as Sousón or Pedral, in addition to the white varieties that have always been present in O Condado, such as Albariño, Treixadura or Loureira branca. Over the years, the winery does not renounce new elaborations and new wines, among which sparkling wines and rosés stand out. Piñeiral is a wine made in a traditional way in the sub-area of Condado de Tea by the well-known and prestigious winery Señorio de Rubios. Piñeiral is characterized by being a soft, delicate, fresh, enveloping wine that is tasty and with a very well balanced acidity.
